By accessing or using CaseDrop ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use CaseDrop. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the Platform is void where prohibited by applicable law.
All items available on CaseDrop are virtual and exist solely within the Platform. Virtual items have no guaranteed monetary value outside the Platform. All case opening results are determined by our provably fair algorithm, which can be independently verified by any user at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All deposits are processed securely via Stripe. By making a deposit, you confirm you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Withdrawals are processed manually and are subject to review. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud or abuse is suspected. Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes will result in immediate account suspension.
CaseDrop operates a provably fair system allowing users to independently verify each roll using the client seed, server seed, and nonce. The server seed hash is disclosed before each roll, and the full server seed is revealed upon rotation, ensuring no outcome can be manipulated after a bet is placed.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform; create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; use bots or scripts; engage in money laundering or fraudulent activity. Violations may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
CaseDrop is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CaseDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of virtual items or account balance.

We collect information you provide when creating an account — including your username, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). We also collect transaction data related to deposits and withdrawals, gameplay data including case opening history and roll seeds, and technical data such as IP addresses for security and fraud prevention.
We use collected information to operate and maintain your account; process deposits and withdrawals; ensure the integrity of the provably fair system; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; send important account-related communications; and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. CaseDrop does not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We retain only transaction identifiers and amounts for record-keeping.
We use session cookies to maintain your login state. Browser localStorage is used to store your case favourites and display preferences — no tracking or advertising cookies are used. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings, which will reset your saved preferences.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Roll history and transaction records are kept for a minimum of 12 months for fairness verification and dispute resolution. Upon account deletion requests, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including password hashing and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please reach out via our Discord server. We will respond to all requests within a reasonable timeframe.
CaseDrop is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their data immediately and terminate the account.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
